The TVHOC Famility Stability and HomeLinkage Program's primary focus is to provide the Tri-Valley area (Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton) with financial education, budget, and credit analysis and education.  Through education and case management, the program will assist individuals and families work towards achieving self-sufficiency through stable employment, housing and savings; and assist a few qualified and mortgage-ready participants the possibilities of achieving home ownership.
