• Stablize households by educating and providing financial tools that will assist to develop assets and healthy households

• Use community resources more effectively and efficiently

• Assist in the marketing and resale of market rate and Below Market Rate ownership units
• Expand mortgage credit opportunities to borrowers in the Tri-Valley region
