Protecting Your Investment & Preserving Homeownership: The 2-hour workshop focuses on how loan delinquency and foreclosure prevention and tools on how to preserve their investment. This workshop gives the borrower insight on the foreclosure timeline, loan serving, loss mitigation, current federal and state laws protecting homeowners, and current loan modification programs available to help homeowners that find that they are unable to maintain their current loans.
