The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center (TVHOC) is a HUD-approved, non-profit, 501(c)3, public charity, that provides asset development education, homebuyer pre and post purchase education, early delinquency and pre-foreclosure counseling and workshop, income and, information regarding private sector lender programs, and funding sources – helping to match those in need with programs and services that benefit them most.

Working regionally, the TVHOC offers a comprehensive counseling and education programs that will expand income and asset development, mortgage credit opportunities, and increase affordable rental and homeownershipopportunities in the Tri-Valley region.

The Center offers the following services:

• Family Stability Program (Financial Education and Asset Development)
• Home Linkage Program (Pre Purchase Services: Below Market Rate New and Resale Opportunities)
• TVHOC Post Purchase Counseling
• Early Delinquency and Foreclosure Counseling ( Free Loss Mitigation and Loan Modification Document Preparation and submission)
• Free Income Tax Preparation Services (Seasonal: Feb through April) Call for an appointment
